Only a girl I was ever sexually attracted was a homosexual (not bi or curious) and ';tomboy'; type (not lipstick or butch, - what is the butch anyway?)





Other than this I am attracted to a man. Maybe I am attracted to her because she somewhat like a boy? Does that really makes me bi? Or I

most girls like tomboys when they're first coming out, they're kind of like the bridge between men and women. they're familiar but also different. Some girls move on from there to then really like girly-girls, or to dykey-dykes, or somewhere in between, but really you'll just find that you like them for who they are.





and it doesnt mean you're a lesbian. a lot of my straight friends have had crushes on gay girls but it doesnt always last. i think some girls get rushes on tomboy lesbians because they're like a guy except they know how to talk to you and know how you;re feeling etc so you can feel a strong connection with them. But it doesnt make you gay.

If you have never been attracted to girls before, then I would say you are generally straight. You can have a ';girl crush'; and not be completely bisexual. There is more of a range than strictly straight, gay, and bi. Don't worry about the labels so much, they are only there to help express yourself, not to make you feel like you have to fit into pre-set standards. It is possible you are bisexual, and that is okay too. Right now though I would say you are ';hetero-flexable.'; Of course, the only one who really knows who you are is you. Just wait and see what happens and look at how you feel, not how you think you should feel. If you like this girl a lot (as in you honestly think it is more than a small girl crush) and you want to pursue her, then go for it! Just be very careful not to hurt her.
I don't mean this to sound nasty, but why does it have to ';mean'; something? You're attracted to whomever you're attracted to. Everybody has tastes in things, and those tastes don't have to mean anything or, for that matter, even be rational. There are people who like boiled okra, for Heaven's sake. Find someone you're happy with and just be happy. If you really want a label of some sort, wait until you have a little more data before you start trying to assign one.
I don't know, you are probably straight. It's possible for straight people to develop deep emotional crushes on the same sex which could turn into a sexual encounter if the straight person was feeling particularly emotionally vulnerable one day.

I think it doesn't have to do with complexion but the radiance of the skin, because I can wear lipstick and I am dark but I've seen some who can't. I don't think it's the best looking color on us though, but it can work.

-to select a shade go to a beautician,however the general idea is: if your complexion is pink, you'll look better in plum shades, while girls with yellow undertones are flattered by warmer reds that have a brown base


-use a softer shade for daytime wear, and a stronger shade for night time


-go easy on the rest of your makeup. neutral is the key. (unless you WANT to look like a clown!)


- dont paint the nails to match!

It depends on the person. It looks great on some people and horrible on others. Many people pick a shade that clashes with their skin tone, which is what makes it look bad on them. With a flattering shade, you can easily wear it during the daytime.

No problem about red nails. Red nails can be pulled off in any season. Red lipstick.... I would say instead of matte lipstick, go for a cherry/raspberry gloss, or something with shimmer. But if you're really attached to your lipstick, instead of putting it straight on, make a blob of it in your hand, by rubbing the lipstick in circles. When enough product appears, use your finger to rub it on your lips. the look is still bold, but not as harsh for summer. Benefit's Lady's Choice is my go-to lipstick. It's lovely.
Lancome brand, clinque, or ulta. I like burgundy red or something metalic, I also like pink.
My two favorites are MACs Russian Red, MAC Viva Glam II, MAC High Tea and MACs Girl about town.

I wear red-lipstick almost daily (My trade mark look is 40s burlesque - like Dita Von Teese) and I find that most 'normal' guys dont really like it - too 'messy' or 'loud' but the kind of guys I date and am friends with - 'arty' people, gothic guys etc absolute love it


It stands out, and on the right woman looks good if you wear it right.


WRONG way to wear it - the wrong shade, eg an orangey coral colour when you are black, and teaming sucha statement lipstick with bright eyeshadow is 80s and unattractive.

Whenever I wear lipstick it looks great when I put it on but then after a few mins. it makes this gloppy stuff on the inside of my lips...what causes this? I think what happens is that you put on too much lipsticK(impossible, right), and it just builds up. What i do when this happens is just take some off, drink water*,wait a while and put some more on.

This happens to me a lot! I don't usually wear lip stick i wear lip gloss. Often after few minutes it builds up. Ive noticed when i put it on i normally pack it on. When you put the lip stick itslef on blot your lips on a folded paper towel or a square of unused toilet paper. Then put on a thin lip gloss. This normally helps me.
It's probably from too much lipstick. Blot with a paper towel (tissues can stick sometimes!). Then using a brush, gently pat a little loose, transluscent powder, like you use on your face (not baby powder) on your lips. It will keep it in place and suck up any extra goo. Don't use the same brush you may put blush on with or face powder because that can cause bacteria to grow.
i have no idea why it happens, but if your exfilate your lips it helps a lot. Take an old toothbrush and run it under warm water and then massage your lips. It takes the dead skin off so you dont get that goo. it also makes your lipstick go on smoother
hmm, the only thing i can think of is that maybe your skin is chapped and the dead skin is coming off your lips. or maybe its food?

When their lips get dry a lot of girls think that chapstick isn't enough so they like to put on stuff that sparkles or shines. Plus, to be honest, I've noticed a (minor) difference in where girls where chapstick or lipgloss.. I like to put on lipstick, blot it and then put a little gloss on top. Just gloss on it's own doesn't seem to last very long. The best one is that long lasting Max factor one which comes with a colourstay lip base and gloss so you can keep topping up the gloss without ever losing the colour.

Well, I think that everyone should look with lipstick, but then what kind and what color? If you are bronze, you may want to try a bright pink lipstick. It would look great with your skin color. Also, usually lipsticks or lip glosses look better in combination with bronzers and blushes. So you may consider those as well.

Hi I would say I prefer lip gloss as I find it so hard to get a correct shade of lip stick to suit my skin, so I never go wrong with lip gloss and as it makes lips look plumer regardless of weather you are using a plumping lip gloss it is sexier than lip stick, Id go with lip gloss, just stay away from red ones or orange ones as they are horrible, I say pink is the best or clear, and shimmery brown or plum shade
I like to put on lipstick, blot it and then put a little gloss on top. Just gloss on it's own doesn't seem to last very long. The best one is that long lasting Max factor one which comes with a colourstay lip base and gloss so you can keep topping up the gloss without ever losing the colour.

I always wear lipgloss, and whenever I try to kiss my boyfriend, he would look at my lips, kiss me, and then back away saying ';ewww! you had lipgloss!'; and wipes his lips, even though he was well aware of the fact that I had lipgloss on 24/7.

White lipstick was really popular back in the late 60's / early 70's. If you look back at your parents pictures from high school that was really the in thing. I really think it looks ugly, but if someone is going for that vintage look they might want to try it, I personally don't like it, and would never wear it.

Sometimes you have to look at the cheaper brands. I found myself holding a $19 lipstick from Estee Lauder. Glad I resorted to trying NYC ultra last lipwear. I use pink/broze colors, nothing too deep. But I just had lunch and I can still see the color. They're about 2 dollars, so you can lots of different colors. Also, revlon carries these lip stains in the stores-Just Bitten. They really stain and are hard to get off. It will not look smooth, but will look like you ate some lollypops. Tips: drink from a straw, eat carefully.

It's the Covergirl all day duo, the one's that come in a pair, one with the color and the other is the gloss that goes over it. I love, love it. I apply it in the morning and by the end of the day it still looks good. I just put some gloss on during the day to keep it moist. They usually cost about $8. And my favorite is a light pink that almost looks natural with some pearl in it. Try it. you won't regret it.

well that depends..i would advice you to put on some light shades of pink or nude..even rose or berry colors are nice for brown skin..

Lipstick is for those who know how to use it- if I see lipstick being worn well on a young person, I think, ';GREAT for her, she is so ahead of the curve.';. I think there's a sense of put-togetherness that goes with it that lip gloss, while it is pretty awesome (I love it, too), simply can't provide.


I tried to put my younger cousins in h.s. on to some nice, rich lipsticks that aren't ';old';, rather just a bit of a cleaner line than Juicy tubes...they're still in the reflective lip phase.
I didn't in high school and I still don't now. I'm about to graduate college and I'm sure that when I get into the ';real world'; I will.
MOst high school girls wear lipgloss rather than lipstick because they think it looks less formal and that the lighter shades are more attractive to boys

i am fair and blonde to, i would wear a pale coral or a nude shade. if you want to look more outgoing try a deeper coral or a somewhat rosy pink, but don't wear anything deep you will look like a clown ( i have tried).

I'm a fifteen year old girl who has to wear lipstick for choir, but has no idea which one to wear.?

So I have a choir performance coming up, and my teacher requires that we wear a tinted lipstick (not clear gloss) since the lights that are on our faces will wash us out. If it was a big choir performance, then I would just sneak by without, but this is one just for our Vocal Jazz group of 16 girls, and I am on the very end closest to the audience. (fun. lol)





So I need a cheap lipstick (since I never use it, only clear gloss) that will stand out, but won't make me look trashy, since I don't want to look ugh off stage, since no one is used to me wearing it.





I'm asian, but I have a complexion that actually really fair, almost pale, kind of like Lucy Liu's. Normally, the rest of my makeup consists of dark eyeliner and mascara, and a light foundation.





Also, I detest pink lipstick or brown.





So if anyone knows of a good reddishy lipstick that'll work, thanks. I have finals this week, and don't have time to go looking for makeup, and the performance is on saturday.
