First up im not a guy but I just wanted to give you some advice.
I don't wear much make up at all just a bit of eyeliner and occasionally my bright red lipstick XD.
Bright red look amazing on girls with pale skin or White light skin, It can look good with dark skin but tanned not so much.
Red lipstick makes people confident :)
