The dark color lipstick will make you look even whiter. Which could make you look weird or sick. You want to stick to colors that accentuate your skin complexion instead of bring out it's flaws. Since your skin is fair you should stick to light colors. Pinks, reds, or just ordinary gloss. :)

chocolate colored lip stick generally doesn't look good on pale or fair skin. sorry.
choc coloured lipstick on white ppl looks really tacky..
I love chocolate color im sure it would look great just try it out and see you won't know until you do!!
