I went out on a dinner date (1st date) with this girl I met. After dinner, she pulled out her lipstick and applied it in front of me. Is that a bad sign?

Putting lipstick back on has nothing to do with you. Girls ALWAYS put lipstick back on after they eat.

girl applying lipstick at the table after dinner is a sign she has no manners. It is tacky for a woman to not excuse herself to the powder room to reapply lipstick. That's all it means.
No it's not a bad sign. It just means her lipstick rubbed off during dinner. Don't read too much into everything. That scares people off.
There is no meaning behind it. Although I agree with another answer, it's poor table manners. She should have excused herself to the restroom.
